Job Title: CRM Software Configurator

The Company:

Leading CRM development house based in the Midlands with a varied client base that includes a number of prestigious accounts, across the UK and Europe.

The company is looking for additional Software Configurators to build high quality systems to their customers’ requirements.

Overview of Role:

Achiever Software has a portfolio of .net based solutions.   As part of the company’s growth, the company is seeking talented individuals to join their Solutions Delivery team. 

With skills in MS SQL server and  you will use our in-house tools and deliver tailored systems in line with documented customer specifications.

With our ongoing product development you will maintain awareness of new product functionality to ensure that you are working with the latest technology at all times.

The company has a number of high profile customers and places emphasis on being able to deliver high quality solutions within tight deadlines.  Applications are welcomed from individuals who have at least one year’s commercial experience and who can apply their knowledge of MS SQL effectively.

Essential Skills: Working Knowledge of writing queries using MSSQL.  Some exposure to Javascript, HTML and VB.net welcomed but not essential.  Applicants should be keen to develop their skills and work on their own initiative.

This role is office based at the Company’s Head Office in Birmingham.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working from system specifications to build tailored solutions to a variety of customers
  • Ensuring high quality delivery of systems
  • Working within a team to meet deadlines
  • Contributing to the Company’s product roadmaps to promote continuous improvement
  • Taking an interest in extending your skills and capabilities

Skills Required:

Essential

  • Good understanding of CRM/enterprise solutions
  • In-depth Knowledge of MS SQL
  • Team player with good communication skills at all levels, internally and externally
  • Good understanding of general business processes and ability to present these logically and clearly to end users
  • Ability to work well under pressure and demonstrate customer empathy

Desirable

  • Knowledge of report writing tools
  • Experience of working with ASP.Net, VB.Net, JavaScript, Microsoft.Net

Induction Programme:

As part of the company’s induction you will be provided with full product training and an awareness of the company’s existing customer base and their configurations, where appropriate.

Salary negotiable for right candidate.
