Employer Engagement Team

AES ensures that all leads are captured and follow-up in a timely manner.   It reduces administration for the Employer Engagement team, automating repetitive tasks and reminding the team when tasks need to be completed and when milestone dates are due.  Dashboard reporting enables the team to see how they are doing and prioritise what they are working on, it enables information to flow effectively around the College ensuring Employers feel they are being managed proactively encouraging repeat business and referrals.

Marketing

AES ensures the marketing team has full visibility of what leads have been generated and how these are progressing.  They are able to profile and target customer and prospective customers, making sure that they only receive relevant communications.  Contact strategies can be set up and managed including subscriptions to newsletters and other publications.  AES automates repetitive tasks giving the marketing team more time to be creative and deliver effective campaigns including emailshots, mailshots, events and advertising.  Comprehensive reporting makes sure that the College spends its money wisely, AES provides invaluable information such as cost per lead, conversion rates and return on investment.

Student Services

All student enquiries are tracked and managed in a structured manner meaning that no lead is lost or not followed up in a timely manner.  AES cuts down administration time, automates sending out prospectuses or course literature and generates reminders so that the busy student services team can focus improving the student experience and making sure that the College is able to meet its quotas. The student services team can track student progress without having to search across multiple systems and are able to provide a fast and efficient service to their customers by having all the information they need in one place.

Faculty/School

Many Colleges have faculties/schools that deal directly with Employers and students.  In order to provide a truly ‘joined up’ service it is important that the faculty is able to see what activity other College teams are having with Employers they engage with and visa versa. AES ensure that everyone is kept up to date with alerts and reminders being generated where multiple teams are working collaboratively with the employer to ensure deadlines are met.

Senior Management Team

Many Colleges find it difficult to look at trends and patterns of behaviour across different groups of Stakeholders.  At a strategic level AES gives a clear view of how well the College is hitting its targets and KPIs.
