Achiever Anyware’s training course and event management functionality enables you to track internal and external courses from inception through to delivery and close. Key personnel, milestones, costs, venues, trainer and delegate information can be recorded and managed for each course and event.
Course Management
Course details including modules, assignments, feedback and examination details can be managed and stored within Achiever Anyware. Delegate profile information including preferences, previous courses attended/qualifications and disability information are available for improved customer management and for use in targeted marketing activity.
Online feedback forms can be generated from Achiever Anyware and made available to delegates with the details recorded against the individual, course and trainer. Automated notifications alert the relevant personnel when above or below average feedback is recorded. Analysis and targeted marketing activity can be undertaken on the feedback information as required.
